Salam. Yesterday I went on to purchase the latest EA/Robot, Ivybot. First impression was….bad…..really bad. They doesn’t support the 5 digit broker!!! I was so surprised to read that after bought it. I did emailed the Ivybot team and luckily, today they replied:

Thank you for bearing with us while we complete the coding for Ivybot on 5 digit Brokers. We expect to be completed with the process by the end of the week. We apologize for the delay. As you know, Ivybot was designed to run on certain brokers. The back office accounting procedures of these brokerage companies allowed Ivybot to place TP & SL orders with the order when it was executed (escaping some new regulatory procedures). Opening up Ivybot to every brokerage in the industry is a very rigorous process that we have been working around the clock to complete. Not only must we complete the transition to 5 digit brokers, but we must make sure the order placement process is compliant with regulations. I don’t really know how to backtest this system simply because it doesn’t support my broker. But I heard that it did support Alpari US; although its a 5 digit broker. A change in broker? Nah!!! I rather stick to FxPro. Till then.
